Deliveries

General Delivery information:

We deliver 6 days a week Monday through to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Next day delivery requires the order submission by 1pm the day prior

It is best if someone is home for the delivery, if no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer.

Failed delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order due to no one being home and no instructions, we will make contact with you to make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to charge for any perishable products that need to be replaced due to the delay.

Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Delivery charges

We do not charge a delivery fee, However there is a minimum order of $50.00 to qualify for delivery

Returns and refunds After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hour of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
